SAXS/WAXS is a minimally invasive method to analyse the inner structure of materials at a length scale of Angstrom units (10^-10 m) to tenths of micrometres.

The Advantage

SAXS/WAXS can be performed in situ, without drying or staining. Hecus SWAXS technology allows to perform SAXS and WAXS simultaneously. Due to the extreme brilliance of Hecus SWAXS instruments, structural transformations can be followed in real time with a resolution up to seconds/frame, without having to travel to a synchrotron.
