System3 SWAXS: The Versatile

This high-resolution SWAXS system was particularly designed for real-time, simultaneous small- and wide-angle measurements on powders, liquid crystals and polymeric nanomaterials. The System3 Small- and Wide-Angle X-Ray Scattering (SWAXS) Camera basically has the same specifications as the SAXS-system. However, it is equipped with an additional wide-angle x-ray (WAXS) detector covering an angular WAXS range from 18° to 26° (other ranges on request). During simultaneous SAXS/WAXS measurement, the data acquisition of both, SAXS and WAXS detectors, is electronically multiplexed with an adjustable ratio. |
