Hecus PSD-50MUsed for more than a decade, the PSD 50M still is renowned as the simple, fast, and reliable solution for position-sensitive X-ray detection. In 2005 Hecus X-Ray Systems has taken over the detector product branch from their former partners MBraun, Garching, Germany. The PSD 50M captivates by its precision, its high stability and the fast real-time display of the diagnostic energy spectrum and window. With the innovative Hecus ASA electronics and software, an extremely compact and powerful system architecture was established. NEW: Mythen 1KThe new 1-D Pixeldetector Mythen 1K from Dectris was integrated into out S3-MICROpix System. Some key data: According to these data, the Mythen is the most powerful 1-D detector currently available. The enormous linear-dynamic range enables measurements into very small qmin-values, without jeopardizing the detector. It can even be exposed to the direct beam which enables measurements on absolute scale. Pilatus 100KThe S3-MICRO can now be obtained with the new Pilatus 100K Pixel Area Detector for extreme linear dynamic range, minimal point-spread function, and zero electronic noise. With Pilatus 100K, the primary beam can be measured without attenuation. Together with the dual detector SAXS-PSD system, this configuration provides the most versatile and advanced x-ray detection. SAXeye CCDsFor 2D-measurements Hecus offers different versions of the SaxEye which is obtained from Photonic Science.
